- At YadaYadaTime, we respect your privacy. We collect only your name, email address, and phone number when you book our chatline service.
- Use of Data: To confirm bookings, deliver the service, and comply with legal obligations.
- Payment: Processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store card details.
- Data Sharing: Never sold. Shared only with payment processors or authorities if required.
- Retention: Data kept only as long as necessary.
- Your Rights: Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability (GDPR/POPIA/CCPA).

📜 Terms of Service
- Effective Date: January 2026
- Service: Once-off paid chatline, 30 minutes per session.
- Eligibility: Must be 18+.
- Payment: Non-refundable except where required by law.
- Conduct: No abusive, illegal, or harmful behaviour.
- Privacy: Governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Liability: Service provided “as is.” No responsibility for indirect damages.
- Termination: Sessions may be ended if Terms are violated.
- Law: Governed by South African law (or your chosen jurisdiction).
💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Effective Date: January 2026
- Payment: Required upfront for each 20-minute session.
- Refunds: Non-refundable once session starts. Refund/reschedule only if technical failure occurs.
- Cancellations:
- Cancel ≥24 hours before session → Full refund.
- Cancel <24 hours → Non-refundable.
- No-shows → Non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: Allowed if requested ≥24 hours in advance.
