You choose a date and timeslot that suits you for our business conversation sessions. We connect online or by phone, creating a private chat session where you talk and I listen, offering a different perspective. It's that simple. Every session is confidential, comfortable, and focused entirely on you, serving as your online sounding board.

Booking information & Cost

Booking times for our business online chat sessions are available from 10h00 to 19h30 on weekdays. You can schedule online appointments via Zoom, Teams, or cellphone, allowing for a convenient private chat session. The cost per session is R350 for 30 minutes, making it an affordable option for accessing an online sounding board.

By booking for YadaYadatime services, you agree to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, which also cover aspects related to our online sounding board and private chat sessions.

  🔒 Privacy Policy

  • Effective Date: January 2026
  • At YadaYadaTime, we respect your privacy. We collect only your name, email address, and phone number when you book our chatline service.
  • Use of Data:   To confirm bookings, deliver the service, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Payment:        Processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store card details.
  • Data Sharing: Never sold. Shared only with payment processors or authorities if required.
  • Retention:       Data kept only as long as necessary.
  • Your Rights:    Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability (GDPR/POPIA/CCPA).

  📜 Terms of Service

  • Effective Date: January 2026
  • Service:         Once-off paid chatline, 30 minutes per session.
  • Eligibility:       Must be 18+.
  • Payment:       Non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Conduct:        No abusive, illegal, or harmful behaviour.
  • Privacy:         Governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • Liability:         Service provided “as is.” No responsibility for indirect damages.
  • Termination:  Sessions may be ended if Terms are violated.
  • Law:              Governed by South African law (or your chosen jurisdiction).

  💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Effective Date: January 2026
  • Payment:     Required upfront for each 30-minute session.
  • Refunds:      Non-refundable once session starts. Refund/reschedule only if technical      failure occurs.
  • Cancellations: 
  • Cancel  ≥24 hours before session → Full refund.
  • Cancel  <24 hours → Non-refundable.
  • No-shows  → Non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling:  Allowed if requested ≥24 hours in advance.
